Terms and Conditions for the “Golden Ticket” Giveaway

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by a private individual (operator of malvex.shop). The giveaway is not affiliated with Apple Inc. in any way and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organized, or administered by Apple.

2. Eligibility & How to Enter

  • Entry through calendar purchase: Entry into the giveaway is automatic upon purchasing an Advent calendar from malvex.shop. Exactly one “Golden Ticket” is hidden at random in the calendars sold.

  • Minimum age to claim the prize: Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to receive the prize. If a minor finds the ticket, the prize must be claimed and the arrangements handled by a parent or guardian.

3. The Prize

  • The prize is 1 Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max.

  • The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or transferred.

4. Claiming the Prize

  1. The person who finds the Golden Ticket must contact the email address stated on the ticket by email.

  2. For verification, a clear photo of the Golden Ticket and proof of age must be attached to the email.

  3. Once verification is complete, the winner provides their delivery address.

  4. The iPhone 18 Pro Max will be shipped free of charge to the address provided.

5. Privacy & Legal Recourse

  • The data collected will be used solely to ship the prize and will then be deleted.

  • Legal recourse is excluded. If the person who finds the ticket does not come forward or does not meet the requirements, the right to claim the prize will be forfeited.
